Monocore Labs is the engineering studio behind Thresholds Engr Ltd. We build the embedded systems, sensor platforms, and automation that field operators actually depend on. We work small, we work slow on the parts that matter, and we ship instruments that hold up after the demo.

Whole-loop ownership
Sensor, firmware, model, and interface owned end to end. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between an AI vendor and a hardware vendor — because there isn't one.

Operator-grade
Built for the field, not the booth. No special tooling, no babysitting. The test is whether it still works on the worst day, in the wrong hands.

Plain language
No hype, no exaggerated claims. We describe what a system does and what it doesn't. If a number matters, we measured it.

Small batches
We'd rather ship one unit that's right than ten that are nearly right. Revisions are planned, documented, and expected.

A stealth practice that lets the work speak. We show what we've shipped, not what we might.

PHASE 01
Research
Constraints, data budget, and the measurement question that defines the system.
PHASE 02
Prototype
Bench rigs, firmware skeletons, model baselines — the first build that turns the answer on.
PHASE 03
Validate
Field trials with the operator. Logs reviewed, edges hardened, tolerances confirmed.
PHASE 04
Deliver
Production unit, documentation, and a clear path to the next revision.
